Our Order Policy: Floor plans are delivered electronically. You'll receive an email with links to download your ordered items. Average completion time is 5-7 business days. Refunds or credits given if due to a mistake on our part. Pricing based on Gross Measured Square Footage, which is the sum of all measured areas, including porches, decks, basements, garages, etc. Credit card information is transmitted securely using SSL 128 bit encryption.
