Who We Are

The HomeSight Processing Center and our associated HomeSight Dealers provide Interactive Floor Plans (IFPs) for the real estate industry.

HomeSight Dealers are located nationwide; they measure and photograph the property and send the files to the HomeSight Processing Center.

The HomeSight Processing Center is located in Decatur, Illinois; we receive the files from the HomeSight Dealers and create the IFPs.

Both the HomeSight Processing Center and your HomeSight Dealer can provide support and answer any questions that you may have. For questions about appointments, contact your Dealer. For questions about the IFP, contact the HomeSight Processing Center.

Pricing

There are no set-up charges, monthly fees or minimum commitments. Pricing is set by the HomeSight Dealer. Please contact the HomeSight Processing Center for questions about availability in your area and pricing.

Your Interactive Floor Plan Includes

  • Interactive Floor Plan, with embedded photo icons
  • A Photo Gallery
  • Printable 2 page Flyer (optional)
  • Printable Floor Plan, with agent information and area sizes
  • Download to CD option
  • Email a Friend Option
  • Weekly statistic email options

When your order is complete, your Interactive Floor Plan (IFP) will be emailed to you in the form of a web page link.

You will receive both a branded and an unbranded link for your IFP. The branded link contains the IFP, as well as your brokerage and agent information. The unbranded link (required by some MLS boards) contains the IFP only (the property address, floor plan, and photos), but no brokerage or agent information.

You can use these links on any website that you choose, or you can send the links via email to potential buyers. You can use the links as many times as you wish; there are no restrictions on how many websites or how often the links can be used.

In addition to the IFP, your order includes access to HomeSight’s integrated web-based order management system. The HomeSight website is used by the HomeSight Processing Center, your HomeSight Dealer, and Registered Users to provide a complete system for placing orders and managing orders, and for accessing the many utilities that the HomeSight system offers.

Your User Interface allows you to:

  • Place new orders
  • View the status of your orders
  • Upload your own photos for use on the IFP and flyers
  • Download the photos from the Photo Gallery to your computer
  • Download the property flyer to your computer
  • Edit the property flyer
  • Download the floor plan to your computer
  • Create a CD of the IFP
  • View statistics of IFP views
  • Turn on/off weekly statistic emails
  • Notify the HomeSight Processing Center of expired/sold listings
  • Edit User Profile
  • Email Updates
