Place new orders

Registered users can place new orders 24/7 by logging in to their HomeSight account from any computer that has internet access.

View the status of your orders

Log in to your HomeSight account from any computer that has internet access and click on the Order History tab to view all of your orders and their status.

Upload your own photos

Use the Upload Your Own Photos utility to upload photos that you would like to add to the IFP. We will be notified automatically via email and we will add the photos to the IFP. Once your photos are added to the IFP, they are available for use on the property flyer.

Download the photos from the Photo Gallery to your computer

You can download the photos from the IFP to your own computer, for use on other marketing materials or websites.

Property Flyers

HomeSight has created an automated property flyer program that retrieves information from your order and creates a 2 page property flyer in PDF form. The first page contains the property address, photos, and marketing copy. The second page is the printable floor plan. Users can select the Edit Flyer utility to further customize their property flyers. Users can also select which photos, property information, and/or agent information appears on the flyer. Property flyers can be edited at any time, as many times as you want.

Printable Floor Plans

A printable floor plan for your property can be generated from the IFP or from your user login interface. This printable floor plan will include the as-built floor plan, the agent’s photo and contact information, and the area sizes of all measured areas of the property.

Download to a CD

For a permanent copy of the IFP, the Download to CD option will create a folder on your computer of files which can be burned to a CD to create a stand-alone IFP. The IFP can be viewed from this CD at any time, even without an internet connection. Many use this utility to create a closing gift for their sellers, or have a copy of the IFP available to show potential buyers where an internet connection is not available.

Statistics

The HomeSight Statistics Utility allows registered users to send weekly statistic emails to themselves and/or the property sellers. The registered user simply toggles this option to ‘On’, enters an email address for the property seller (the registered user‘s email is automatically retrieved from the user profile), and the email will be sent every Monday with updated statistics. This email details page viewing statistics for the IFP, and includes a graph of viewing stats history for the property. This information is updated daily and can also be viewed from the HomeSight website at any time - just log in with your user access and click on the ‘Statistics’ tab.

Notify the HomeSight Processing Center of expired/sold listings

If a listing has sold and closed, we can deactivate the IFP and stop statistic emails by archiving the order. To notify the HomeSight Processing Center to archive an order, just click on the Expired/Sold link for the property in your Order History.

Before you notify the HomeSight Processing Center to archive an order, you may want to download the IFP to a CD, so that you have a permanent record of your Interactive Floor Plan. After an order is archived, you will only be able to access the floor plan PDF file through your online HomeSight access. We do, however, retain all property files indefinitely on our server.

Edit User Profile

Contact information in your user profile is displayed on your IFP and is used for automatic emails sent by the system. If you need to update any of this information, you can do this directly from your user access at any time, without having to wait for business hours to contact the HomeSight Processing Center. Your user profile will be updated immediately and the updated information will appear on any IFPs viewed from then on.

Email Updates

The HomeSight integrated system automatically emails you status updates for your order. You will receive an email when your order is received, when your order is scheduled, when the HomeSight Processing Center has received the files from the HomeSight Dealer, when the order is completed, and for any notes that are entered by the HomeSight Processing Center or the HomeSight Dealer.
