HomeSight services are available to individual agents on a per property basis in areas where we have not established an Exclusive Service Agreement (please see map for Exclusive Service Agreement territories). Simply contact us to get started with a HomeSight account and we will create your custom template to get you up and running right away.
Our rates are based on the gross measured area of the property. Gross measured area consists of all areas measured and drawn on the floor plan, including but not limited to, porches , patio’s, unfinished basements, garages (attached & detached), sheds, etc… You may instruct us to exclude certain areas if you wish, but in order to provide the most accurate rendering of the property we instruct our field staff to measure all areas unless instructed otherwise.

HomeSight does not offer photographic only tours. We do offer photos and optional 360° virtual tours with the floor plan. Please contact us for volume discount pricing.
